Yes. The app is free to download and has no ads or in-app purchases. Earn coins by solving timelines to unlock Hard Mode and Time Shop collectibles.

Do I need an internet connection?

The game works offline. Opening an external artwork source or license page requires an internet connection.

Which devices can play?

Historemix is designed for iPhone and requires iOS 17 or later. The App Store age rating is 13+.

Is there a classroom activity?

Yes. Our free printable timeline activity offers six challenges and a teacher key for learners aged 13 and up. It works without the app.
