The details are the game.
Devil’s Inn is a turn-based duel against an AI opponent. It rewards careful reading and the order in which you play your cards.
Leave nothing unplayed
Empty your entire hand each turn. Play at least one Hero card to protect your soul, then work out how the rest of your cards fit together.
A word can change the cost
Gain, spend, pay and give mean different things. When the Devil offers a two-clause Dictate, weigh the price of each option.
Outgrow the Devil’s fortune
Use your limbs, connections and luck to build wealth before time runs out. Your next sacrifice could help you win—or leave you with too little.
Which clause would you choose?
Coins or a limb? A useful card now, or a permanent sacrifice? These screens show the choices waiting inside the inn.
